Welcome to Affiliate Network. By joining our network of 1500+ active affiliates as an affiliate or advertiser, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Affiliate Network maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fake clicks, impressions, or conversions generated by bots, scripts, or automated means.
• Use of stolen credit cards, identity theft, or unauthorized transactions.
• Incentivized traffic without explicit advertiser approval.
• Cookie stuffing, spam, or misleading promotional methods.
• Any attempt to artificially inflate commissions or manipulate tracking.

Consequences: Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately and permanently banned. All unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to reverse any payments already made. Legal action may be pursued where applicable.

2. Payout Terms & Minimum Threshold

• Minimum Payout: You may request a payout once your confirmed commissions reach $50 USD.
• Payment Schedule: Standard payments are issued on a Net-30 basis (30 days after the end of the month in which commissions were earned).
• Fast Payment Option: If an advertiser pays us earlier than the standard terms (often within one week), we will expedite your payment accordingly. In such cases, payments may be released within 7 business days after we receive funds from the advertiser.
• Hold Period: All commissions are subject to a verification period to ensure transaction validity.

3. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options. You may select your preferred method in your dashboard:

Additional payment methods may be added. Any fees associated with the chosen method (e.g., wire transfer fees) will be disclosed prior to payment.

4. VPN & Proxy Usage – Strictly Prohibited

The use of VPNs, proxies, or IP masking services to disguise your true location or circumvent tracking is strictly forbidden. Our system flags and blocks traffic originating from known VPN/proxy IP ranges. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

Affiliates must use their actual IP address when logging into the dashboard or generating traffic. Exceptions may be granted only with prior written approval from our compliance team (e.g., for security while traveling).

5. Affiliate Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote offers in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, FTC guidelines).
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required.
• Not bid on trademarked terms or use misleading advertising (including adware, spyware, or forced clicks).
• Not promote offers on websites containing hate speech, violence, pornography, or illegal content.

6. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers warrant that their offers and landing pages comply with all laws and do not contain malicious code. We reserve the right to pause or remove any offer at our discretion. Advertisers are responsible for paying commissions on all valid, non-fraudulent conversions as tracked by our platform.

7. Tracking & Real-Time Reporting

We provide a proprietary real-time tracking dashboard. No third‑party tracking tools are required. While we strive for 100% accuracy, in the rare event of a tracking discrepancy, our system's data shall prevail. Any disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

8. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, any commissions earned but not yet paid (subject to minimum threshold and fraud review) will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle, unless the account was terminated due to breach of these terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Affiliates and advertisers will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the network after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Affiliate Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our network. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned and payable to you in the preceding three months.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
